We also can provide transport and tour facilities.

We also can provide Breakfast and snacks and refreshments, ice cold drinks and you can chill on the farm by the river. We have shower and changing facilities and a Thai and sports massage service is available.                                                                                                                                                          

We offer special holiday training programs for visitors from the UK and Europe, which include training fees, accommodation and meals. You can also book just the training course and train daily.

If you want to get the full benefit you must attend the morning sessions when the coaching staffs are there to assist and teach you.

You can run in the early morning at sunrise when the air is fresh, the morning sun rising over the river pleasantly warms you. The air is clean and refreshing. The only sound will be morning birds singing and if you listen the calmness overwhelms you.

Hotel Rates 
Daily rate - 1200 baht.  
That is a double room with breakfast, en suite shower, TV, mini bar and fridge.

Accommodation on the farm - 1000 baht per night. 
Includes a double room, breakfast, en suite shower and toilet, mini fridge with cold drinks and snacks, TV, DVD player and internet.( maximum 3 per room.)
